These wings are far from traditional, be ready for caramelized onions as a topping. If you’re looking for a classic wing, this is not the place. For starters, this wing is baked. It lacks any sort of crisp to it. When you order the wing there is no selection of the flavor, although the waitress did asked if I wanted them tossed in buffalo or barbecue. It did not make a difference whatsoever in flavor. The sauce was bland and didn’t add anything to the wing. The blue cheese was Kens, which is a personal favorite next to a homemade blue cheese. If you are a wing enthusiast, you might want to steer clear of these wings.
